If you don’t want a comfy item, but still want to help, please visit here and at check out, designate your donation to the Student Emergency Fund, Global Emergency Response Fund, or split evenly between both.

Can I make an additional gift to the Student Emergency Fund or Global Emergency Response Fund with my purchase? 

Yes! Before you checkout with your comfy item(s), you can add an additional monetary donation to your order here. Thank you for your generosity!

How can I find out more about the Student Emergency Fund? 

The Student Emergency Fund provides emergency financial assistance to students in any situation where there is a demonstrated need, providing support for things such as an emergency flight home, unforeseen medical expenses, clothing needs, academic tools (laptop or books), and more.

Can you tell me more about the Global Emergency ResponseFund?

From providing necessities, to helping cover housing and tuition costs or stipends for scholars and visiting faculty, the Global Emergency Response Fund directly supports students, faculty, staff, and others in our community facing hardship due to conflict, political destabilization, and other geopolitical risks; human or natural disasters; or health crises or travel disruptions in or to their home countries or territories. Most recently, funds were raised in support of students impacted by the Russia-Ukraine conflict, although students from any country experiencing crises may apply for financial assistance.

Is there a sizing chart available for the sweatshirts and joggers? 

A sizing chart for the items are available on the product page on the right side of the product. When selecting your size, please be aware that exchanges and returns cannot be accommodated as all sales are final. 

Can you guarantee my item will be in stock?

In the unlikely circumstance that the vendor runs out of a certain item or size, you will be notified, and we will replace it with a similar item at no cost to you. We encourage you to place your order early to ensure you receive the item and size you requested. 

Can I exchange or return items? 

Unfortunately, exchanges and returns cannot be accommodated as all sales are final. 

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time, we can only ship to addresses in the United States. International parents can use their student’s mailing information for the shipping address at checkout. The items will be delivered to students in time for them to travel home and get comfy for the holidays! 

When can I expect to receive my purchase? 

The sweatshirts and joggers will go into production after the campaign ends (regardless of when your order was placed). We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date at this time but once orders are shipped, we will be able to provide tracking information upon request. You should expect to receive your item(s) by early to mid-December.
